After years of knowing fitness was my calling, but trying [and enjoying] other things, I finally started Fit By Juliet.
My mission as your coach is to teach you how to become the type of person who values their health and knows how to become the healthiest version possible, inside and out!
I believe that means meeting you where you currently are.
Whether you are a beginner, or more seasoned and just need some structure and support, I develop a program based on your needs that’s suited for your level.
Along with fitness I love cats, books and baking! I am a self taught sourdough baker and I wholeheartedly believe in nutrition protocols that involve decadent treats.
